Trauma-Informed Pedagogy Series
With the local, national, and global events impacting all of us, in addition to sociopolitical, economic, racial, gender, and numerous other challenges taking place across society with significant impacts to individuals, providing learning experiences for students which take these challenges into account is needed for the success of our students, and in many ways, ourselves.
Dr. Anneliese Singh, Associate Provost/Chief Officer of Academic Excellence and Opportunity and Professor, and author of The Racial Healing Handbook and The Queer and Transgender Resilience Workshop, in addition to numerous texts offering insights into how best to support student learning using trauma-informed pedagogy will lead this three-part workshop series.
