Tulane University’s Center for Engaged Learning and Teaching (CELT) is excited to announce that Dr. Amy Baldwin, Ed.D., will serve as the Plenary Speaker for the 8th Annual Sparking Success: Faculty Development Conference.
Dr. Baldwin’s work explores how mindset, feedback, and belonging shape student learning. Drawing on the latest research and her commitment to student success at both the undergraduate and graduate/professional levels, she offers practical strategies to help students reframe failure, stay motivated, and thrive, both academically and personally. Her work highlights how small shifts in approach can build student resilience and support lasting success.
