Brown Bag: Difficult Conversations

This conversation will help us gain a better understanding of micro-aggressions in the classroom, the difference between intent vs. impact and the effects of cumulative oppression on marginalized communities. We will also discuss how to facilitate constructive conversations around these topics between students.
