Beyond the Scroll: Strategies to Increase Student Readership Engagement and Completion
Encouraging students to complete and meaningfully engage with assigned readings (and/or media) can be a challenge. In this session, we’ll explore how tools like Hypothesis can turn reading into a lively, collaborative experience. Participants will explore strategies for increasing readership, modeling effective annotation, and designing reading activities that promote deeper comprehension and accountability. Leave with practical ideas you can implement in your next course module.
